(DAYTON, OHIO)… As part of a statewide celebration of Ohio Loves Transit, the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will show its customers some love and appreciation by providing free rides system-wide on Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Each year, Ohio Loves Transit week, which officially runs Feb. 6 through Feb. 10, highlights how Ohio’s public transportation systems strive to enhance mobility for all people throughout Ohio.
Currently, the RTA provides more than 5.5 million trips a year, helping to create and maintain jobs that are essential in keeping our communities moving. Whether it’s taking riders to the grocery store, providing a ride to medical appointments, ensuring riders get to work, or other essential trips, RTA is here for you.
