The Service Guarantee Program provides a credit to your registered Tapp Pay account in the event that your service did not operate.
Requests for credit can be made by contacting RTA’s Call Center at 937-425-8300 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by emailing us at @email.
You must provide the date, time, and location of when your service was impacted in order for staff to properly review your request.
The RTA Service Guarantee does not apply to delays due to acts of nature, power outages or events beyond the control of RTA.
