The 5310 Program is a door-to-door service for seniors age 65 and older and persons with a disability traveling to/from medical appointments, the pharmacy or grocery store within Montgomery County. Customers don’t have to be certified for RTA Connect paratransit service to use this service.

Customers should make reservations at least 3 days in advance by contacting RTA at 937-425-8300. Trips are on a space available basis. Customers may bring a companion free of charge. To qualify, both individuals must be traveling to and from the same location, at the same time, and must notify the agency at the time of reservation.
