(DAYTON, OHIO)… The Greater Dayton RTA wants to hear from customers on how the agency is doing. That’s why the agency has once again teamed up with the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG) to create an online survey where customers can provide their input on the RTA’s services. This year’s survey will be live on RTA’s website from March 27 to April 30.
ABBG provides RTA a forum to engage with other mid-sized bus organizations in America to learn from each other by comparing performance, sharing experiences and identifying best practices. The results of the surveys from each participating transit agency will guide the formation of a national benchmark of best practices in public transit. RTA looks forward to comparing the results to learn from other agencies’ successes as well as sharing successes of our own.
The 2023 survey will be available online at www.iriderta.org/abbg beginning March 27. It will be available in both English and Spanish. The survey will ask for customer feedback on service, satisfaction, ease of use and other categories. All community members who utilize RTA’s services are encouraged to participate.
As an incentive, the RTA is offering prizes to people who participate. During the first week of the survey, the RTA will randomly award one month’s worth of free rides to one participant. After that, the RTA will randomly award one week’s worth of rides to one participant for the remaining weeks of the survey. For more information on the RTA, visit www.iriderta.org.
