The tripper service operates as follows:
The minimum group number is thirty (30) passengers and the maximum 100.
The group must be picked up at an RTA bus stop and dropped off at an RTA bus stop.
The tripper follows established RTA travels on routes that the regular bus takes and all overload tripper service is open to the public.
The fee is the regular bus fare; $2.00 for passengers 13 and over. All children under the age of 12 and under 60 inches tall may ride for free. This price is for each boarding, to the event and the return trip (excluding RTA partnership programs). For more RTA fare options, click here.
Trippers must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks before your trip, but Thirty (30) day notice is preferred.
Trippers are offered on a limited basis, which is dependent upon the day-to-day availability of buses and operators.
