Several downtown roads will be temporarily closed from Friday, Sept. 20 through early Sunday, Sept. 22 to accommodate the Dayton Hispanic Heritage Festival on Saturday, Sept. 21 at RiverScape MetroPark. Routes 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22 and 43 will temporarily be rerouted.
